Private Training available for Martial Arts & Fitness

Personal Training: $30.00 per hour
Minimum - 1 Hour

Includes:
• No sign-up fee
• No contracts
• FREE fitness assessment on start up

• Self Defence & Fitness classes



Casual Training: $16.50 per session
Includes:

• No sign-up fee
• No contracts

• Attend any class

Includes:
• No sign-up fee
• 3 month contract

• Up to 3 classes per week attendance
• FREE fitness assessment on start up

• FREE fitness assessment every 3 months

• Access to the Studio during working hours

 

Monthly Direct Debit (option 2) - $135 per month

Includes:

• No sign-up fee

• 3 month contract

• UNLIMITED classes to attend

• FREE fitness assessment at start up

• FREE fitness assessment every 3 months

• Access to the Studio during working hours

• 10% discount off workshops (excludes International Instructors)

 

Family Training (2 people) Direct Debit - $150.00 per month

Includes:

• No sign-up fee

• 3 month contract

• UNLIMITED classes to attend

Self Defence ONLY Training (Direct Debit): $65.00 (one night per week) or $105.00 (2 nights per week) per month

Just 4 Fitness Cards (Bulk Buy of 10 sessions): $115.00 per card
